The Steady Wave is a six-week swimming programme for men.
Thursdays 2.00-3.00pm
Starting on 4th June 2026, at The Wave Leisure Centre in Littlehampton.
£2 per session.
Freedom Leisure are running a pilot Men's Health Programme, made up of several different six-week sessions. These are designed to get men being more active and more social to improve mental health. If there is enough interest these sessions may continue after the initial six-weeks.
