This dynamic mat Pilates class offers a full-body workout designed to build strength, improve balance and increase mobility. Rooted in classical Pilates,
the session focuses on controlled, flowing movements that challenge the
muscles that support your spine, hips and shoulders.
Expect to feel your core working, your posture improving and your whole
body becoming stronger and more resilient over time.
The class is suitable for all abilities. Clear guidance, modifications and
progressions will be offered throughout, so you can work at a level that feels
appropriately challenging for you. Whether you are rebuilding strength or
looking to push yourself a little further, you will be supported every step of
the way.
